Adam came out and looked at my leaking Moen shower faucet. Since Moen has a lifetime warranty, I was able to contact them and get a new cartridge at no cost. When the part arrived, Adam came back and, with a little elbow grease, was able to remove the old cartridge and replace it with the new one. He did a great job at a very reasonable price. I am extremely pleased with his work. I will certainly use Falls Sewer and Drain again for future repairs and plumbing work. I highly recommend this company.

Adam's work is exceptional. He is so knowledgeable. He seems to be able to solve whatever problem you have. His prices are very, very reasonable. He went out-of-his-way to please us. He even went to the home improvement store himself to get what we requested. In the past, he has unstopped out kitchen sink & just lately our bathroom sink. Today he replaced our kitchen faucet, our bathroom faucet, our hand-held shower head with cord & our shower spout. We could not be more pleased! This guy came over to clear our drain out, and after he was done, he told us that his tool was not long enough. He was not able to complete the job due to his own fault, but he still charged us full price. We had to call another company and pay a second time.
